“Good overall”

The good: Clean; nicely appointed; high but comfortable bed; good water pressure; no smell of cigarette smoke (= very good). Reservation was in order; check-in and check-out very smooth.The bad: I was in room 312. The phone does not work. I siggled wires; I tried other outlets; the phone does not work. I was unable to connect to the WiFi with neither my smartphone nor my laptop computer, and I'm a tech guy. There were plenty of bars, and on several repeaters; but every attempt to connect to any of them met with "Unable to connect", meaning that apparently the router was down or needed rebooting. When I called downstairs (with my cell phone, since the room phone did not work), all they could do was offer to move me to another room. That would not have fixed the problem, as there was plenty of signal, just no connectivity. And I was already unpacked and settled and didn't feel like moving.Also, the bathroom door is built by design to automatically close every time you open it. I'm sure you consider this a "feature". I consider it a "royal pain in the a*s" and finally propped it open with a chair in disgust.So if you want a nice, clean, comfortable room with no communication at all with the outside world and don't mind a bathroom door that stays closed by itself, by all means, go here.
