“My room was cancelled on me!”

4 different trips to the desk @ night...around 10 and NO ONE was there! Our last night we had a family emergency & had to go home. I went to the front desk to find _ONCE AGAIN- no was there...I even yelled is anyone around...I left a note stating we had to go home AND left the key (along with the one that didn't work) for my daughter to get in the room to get her belongings. She later called me and said they cancelled my room THAT I PAID FOR!!!! and wouldn't let her get her things....SHE THREW A FIT and finally they let her get them. When we returned we knew we couldn't get in as they cancelled our room. I called and left a message for the G.M. to call me but as expected, he never did. Do you know when I booked this room in November......I was charged for a reservation for one night as a "no show" . I called to make reservations for the Horse Expo and someone was that incompetent that they charged me for a room and NEVER did make the reservation for Feb 20-24. I WOULD LIKE MY MONEY BACK FOR THE LAST NIGHT as that is not fair!!! I NEVER cancelled my room but had an emergency and had to go home only to find out....I HAD NO ROOM WHEN MY DAUGHTER CAME. To date, the General Manager has NEVER called me back as I left him a message to do so! Here is my phone number 814-263-4878 although as terrible as the management is there, I'm sure no one even cares! I had no where to go when I returned as my daughter said they cancelled my room BUT I did NOT get a refund....WHY WOULD I CANCEL A ROOM I PAID FOR WITH THINGS IN IT?????
