“not great”

First the comforter had coffee stains....yes it was on side and the staff seems to have washed it once before but nonetheless it was stained....Second the bathroom saddle(tile transition piece between rooms) was broken in several pieces and with small children it was of concern that they would get cut on the several loose pieces.....the tub would not drain during a regular shower and the maid when asked for draino came in herself and used a stop stick to remove some hair with the experience level of someone who had done this before....lastly when i checked in during the afternoon i had asked for a cot be brought to the room and was told "if she could find one"???.. when i returned from the local amusement park at 1am i waited over 25 minutes while the single front desk clerk helped someone make reservations....HE then left the front desk and proceeded to retrieve a roll-in mattress AND he had to make the bed (unfortunately he smelled of cigarettes and i guess thats why the front desk didnt answer the phone)....Lastly during checkout a family child and father had noticed a man in getting into the elevator with his dog(they accept animals) and the man picked the dog up by his neck and flung him into the elevator prompting a call to the local police.(not sure of the outcome)On the positive was the clean complimentary bkfast with toast, cereal, waffles, yogurt to OJ, juices, and coffee and more....The towels were clean and the other aspects of the room were clean too...thats it
