“bad experience at this hotel”

I would be ill advised to say the stay was anything but enjoyable this hotel has no elevator to the second floor( an addition to hotel) my spouse and I are both handicapped. When we arrived are room was on the 2nd floor we explained we cannot walk up and down for the next 3 days. They proceeded to change us to the first floor room 102 upon entering the room at the door the carpet was cut or ripped my wife tripped going in. The a/c was not working room was ery warm. Again they move us to room 110 someone from the front desk comes down to show me the room we find the bed apparently was laid on or slept in= clothing in the room= food on the floor and the front desk man claims" it was the cleaning lady"!! while we are at dinner thefront desk nite manager by the name of Shelby changes the sheets and cleans the room.And this was the first nites stay!!!!!!
