“Always a nice stay”

I've stayed at this location off and on for the past few years either as the Ramada or the Four Points. I have never been disappointed with a stay. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and I've noticed improvement with the new ownership. The hotel staff, from the front desk to maintenance, are some of the nicest I've encountered in my travels. It had been almost since I had stayed and upon my return it had changed to Ramada. I was first greeted by Nina at the front desk who remembered my name and preferences. She is always helpful and has a smile on her face. When I checked out I went to the front desk early on Saturday and was surprised that Dora, the morning receptionist, had recognized my name and held my receipt out knowing that I come to the desk to get it. Small things like that mean a lot.
