“dirty, nasty and outright ghetto”

The only thing that was great was the shuttle and the gal driving it. She was so helpful and sweet. She helped me with my son and our bags, andade great conversation. When I had Arrived at ramada to checkin she asked if u har a preference if our room was up or down stairs, I preffered down. So she have us our room key. For our "reserved" room I had booked online and already paid for. It was a Long bed non-smoking room.. my 4 year old and I went and opened the door only to find it wasnt clean,.housekeeping didnt even touch This room. There was trash and bottles everywhere, the reds were dressed up.. and now we had to ealk all the way back to the front Disk with all of our bags after a 4 hour flight. I was pissed and would have left if it was refundable. So we go back up to the front desk and let the gal know and she said well What we have left is two queen beds is that fine.. by This point I was frustrated and upset also Tried and hungry. I said that was going to have to do. Walked all the way back to the "New clean" room and checked it out beds were made, coffee pot was not clean and still had the water in it from the previous guest who usted it and there was crap all over the floor.. like the they just made thr beds and stocked up.. they didnt vaccum or clean .. dissapointed is an understatement.
