“Upscale for a nice price”

  , Pleasantville
I have been staying at this Ramada for several years. I continue to return for its location, quality of the rooms, friendly service and on site paid parking with in & out privileges. and the price The hotel rroms are quite upsacle suites with micro wave & fridgem, 2 tv's and a beautiful bathroom with a walk in shower. It is centrally located, on a streetcar line and not far from the Yonge St subway. It is equi distant from both the downtown and the toney Yorkville district, and around the block from the old Maple Leaf's arena now a fabulous Loblaw's deluxe supermarket with a fabulous food court. With this location, using streetcars and subway you can easily get to all the sites of interest in the city. Toronto is getting more expensive and hte Canadian dollar is on a par. The bargains of years past are no longer. This Ramada, in my opinion, is the best option in the city. I get an AARP senior rate. The only places priced more reasonably are farther away from teh center and the ones nearby are old, worn, "scuzzy" etc and for another $30 or so I can stay at this Ramada and luxuriate in a suite that is clean, spacious, quiet, safe and beautiful.I can't wait til my next Toroto sojourn and I'll be staying here.
