“We were Niagara Falls for an event at a nearby...”

We were Niagara Falls for an event at a nearby hotel/conference centre. We booked the Ramada Plaza because the other hotel was full. We stayed in the 2 room king suite - very roomy but dark. We noticed one morning that there was water dripping from the ceiling. The staff attended to it very quickly. One of the bathroom lights were out and they attended to that at the same time. While the mini fridge was very convenient to have in the room, all of our food (fruits and veggies for snacking) froze and had to be thrown out. When I mentioned it to the front desk they didn`t seem surprised and offered nothing to replace the food. Compared to the hotels closer to the falls, this hotel was very reasonable.
