“Not the BEST Option...but you get what you paid for”

The stay overall was very interesting. The customer service was poor at best. This hotel needs training for sure and needs to know how to speak with guests because attitudes were apparent. The hotel could not deal with complicated situtations either. Had three reservations because I was using points for the second night and they made me come down and check in and out three times. I hope they can use this as a learning/training experience because I have stayed in all different brands and this has never been a problem and their PMS system can handle it because I know it well. Also I was surprised that the gentleman in the morning gave me a rude expression when I wanted to pay cash and it made it seem like I was inconviencing him. Also the ironing board in one of the rooms was soo stained, I refused to use it. I had to get the one from our second room. The hotel also has a cleanliness issue overall. When I look back at the price paid, I guess that is really the only reason I would consider this hotel again. There is a NEW Wyndham Garden across the street that I will seek out the next time.
