“Very Dissapointed is an understatement!”

I use to work for a airline and I have stayed in ALLOT of hotels and this is one of the worst ones I have ever stayed in... We usually use pictures and name brands as references for how we choose a place and the pictures all looked good but those pictures had to have been 15 years old and this did not live up to any other Ramada we had ever stayed in... First off the most important thing for me in a hotel is the bed!... AND IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!! the most uncomfortable hard bed i have ever had the displeasure of sleeping on! There was a unpleasant smell throughout the hotel and in our rooms the air vent was beyond gross and honestly i was nervous about what i was breathing in.. the floors were filthy.. I had brand new white socks and walking around in the room in them they were filthy by the time i crawled in bed.. There were bugs crawling on the wall in the hallway and the whole building just is just poor disrepair!... There were stacks of gross mattresses within eye shot of my room which is hard to ignore considering the whole wall of the room is glass!...Very unprofessional!...I know that the pool is in the courtyard but, they need to open windows or put a professional dehumidifier in because there is so much humidity in my room everything just constantly felt damp and sticky..... If it had not been so late and tired, I would have demanded my money back and went to look for something else I have never been so glad to put a hotel in my rear view mirror... I know the rates are reasonable but, this is simply no excuse for the overall poor condition of the hotel.... The only thing that I found to be of any quality was the nice young girl that checked me in, She was very nice and quickly got me into the room. I have a poorer view of the Ramada name and very surprised that they fly their flag in front of this very poor facility!
