“Poor”

Our stay at Ramada was nothing short of terrible. The staff at our facility lacked any sort of formal training and had very poor customer service skills. The rooms were dirty and twice our room was skipped over for room service so we had to retrieve towels from the front desk just to take showers which we also had to do without soap because it too was missing. The vending machines were not working and consistently took ours and other guests money with no refund or help from the desk. Our cable was constantly cutting out and most of the channels available were static or not working. The continental breakfast was to par but the staff did a poor job of keeping the food stocked as on most days the cereal and waffles were empty before 9am. the most frustrating part about our stay was the internet. From day one of our stay the wifi was down and after talking to the front desk we were assured that the problem would be resolved. The next day the manager told me that the internet company was here working on it and that it would be ready in a couple hours, it wasnt. Not only did the wifi not get fixed that day but we were than told it wouldnt be fixed becuase our room (#156) always has problems and are out of luck. After being told this we decided to checkout, thus ending our stay with Ramada
