“Expectations, even for the price not met”

When I checked in, no mention was made of the additional "incidentals" charge that would be on my charge card for 3-5 days, so that was a shock. It took 4 calls to get that explained. The girl at the desk helped an employee for 5 minutes before me. Then when I asked which way to the room and breakfast I was told "down the hall. That was 2 different halls, in 2 different directions. 2 towels, 1 washcloth, 1 hand towel, 1 bar of soap, for two adult females??? Took 20 minutes to get an additional towel. Chipped tiles, nail polish on the counter, a bent towel rack, and the phone message calls this a "spa" bathroom??? 2 runny, (over hard? eggs) 1 pat of butter, and one jelly for my two pieces of toast. Sleep number bed, was like sleeping on a waterbed. Maybe some people love them, but it was late when I landed on it, and it was a pain to figure it out. Not at all happy with this hotel.
