“Poor experience”

- The hotel lobby was very cold. We walked down a long hall for "breakfast" and we needed overcoats and gloves "inside" because it was so cold. "Breakfast" was at a "terrace" type location -- again the temperature was cold. No warm items except for coffee. The lady attendant had a small space heater to keep herself warm. The rest of us were freezing ... and we were inside.Sink in the room---the faucet squerted water sideways when we tried to brush our teeth or wash our hands
