“HORRIBLE!”

My boyfriend & I came to the Ramada Inn to get plenty of rest and to get away from all of the chaos. We had a late check-in due to our schedules, but finally arrived on Friday night around 6:30 p.m. Had dinner at the bar. Everyone was very nice, but the menu offered little / they were out of items. The entire hotel (hallways, lobby, the kitchen nook {two ladies sitting there in their coats w/an electric heater], conf. rooms, etc.) was freezing. No heat! Our first night was terrible. We had a large group of people partying LOUDLY next door to us. We called security 3x. Finally, I requested another room, but the new room came w/o the fridge and the microwave. We finally got back into bed at 6:00 a.m. on Saturday. Then our toilet didn't flush. Maintenance was called. No one paid attention to our "DO NOT DISTURB" sign. We've stayed at this particular Ramada Inn once or twice, but this time was no charm! It's doubtful we'll stay at the Wickliffe location again. Very disappointing!
