Dear guest Thank you for taking the time to write this review However your flight arrived late after shuttle hours , we were on time to pick you up from airport Also we received your reservation from the third party (travel agent) that you booked through the internet with , our front desk offered you to change the room for non smoking however , we would not want to move your luggage to the new room without you being present , I want you to make sure that our staff always do their best to satisfy our esteemed guests like you Hope to serve you again in our property « hide

Thank you for taking the time to write this review We had a couple of clear signs on the front desk , our staff follow the brand requirements while cleaning rooms , we have three different working machines in our fitness room including a brand new treadmill , our bereakfast includes 22 items between 2 kinds of muffins , 3 kinds of bagles , three kinds of juices , cheese , jelly , apple , banana , 2 kinds of milk , 2 kinds of coffee , hot waffle , everything is refilled immeditely we we run out , usually we have water with breakfast Hope to serve you again « hide

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to write this review All our A/C are new (3 months old) , usually we keep heat off while room is vacant , once you put it on , it takes 10 minutes to fully heat up the whole room , I have checked your room to make sure everything is working well , for breakfast , we have both cold and hot pots as well as the coffee maker which we always make sure it is always working fine and hot Hope to give us the chance to serve you again « hide
