“dissatified”

I actually did not stay at the Schrock Court, Columbus, Ohio Ramada, but arranged for a guest to stay there. They were from out of state and were speaking at my school as a professional speaker on a topic of interest to students in my school and another school. I have had guest speakers atay at the Ramda Schrock Court previously with no complaints. However, my guest this time called me after checking in saying he had to move to another hotel. He moved to the Marriott Columbus international Airport because, even though his Ramada room was non-smoking, he smelled smoke extensively. He also said the bed looked as if it had been slept in. When i checked him checked in, we had been told that the room was ready and that it was totally booked the previous night. I helped him carry his luggage to the room and saw sheets scattered on both sides of the hall as we walked to his room. He had to leave to the Marriott because of the conditions previously described. The front desk clerk said that his two night stay would be refunded on his credit card in three days because the bank could not refund his money immediately. I do hope that he will be refunded with no problems.The clerk was very nice and apologized so his service was very good, the cleanliness of the room was not good on this occasion; the lobby, however, was clean.
