“Worst Hotel Ever”

- This was by far my worst hotel experience ever, and I travel a lot. The receptionist at the front desk was extremely rude. Once we got into our room, it was freezing. We turned on the heater, which didn't work. We called down to the front desk to get a room change, but were denied one. Not because they were sold out, but because the receptionist said we weren't doing the heater right. After doing exactly what she said with the heater, it still didn't work. However, no one would come look at it because no one had time right then.We slept in our jeans and jackets with covers and towles. Had the heat cranked on "full blast" but were still freezing. Overall, we probably slept for an hour, while shivering in misery the rest of the time. I wouldn't reccommend this hotel even if it was free.Our friends stayed in a different room the same night, and had the exact same problem. My buddy ended up sleeping in his car as at least the heat worked.
