“Only if you are desperate!!!”

From the unfriendly reception at the front desk, to the standards of the rooms our experience at this location was below what you would expect from the Ramada name. The rooms are a visual blunder: decent furniture with badly stained carpets. In the washroom caulking is used to fill in missing tiles around the floor. If you open the drawers in the cabinets, wrappers from previous guest are left for you, yet the banging on the door by the housekeeping at 9am with a do not disturb sign would leave you to believe they are extremely efficient. Bottled water is only available during restaurant hours and hot water for showering is not available mid morning. Most people can overlook dated and physical imperfections if the service can compensate but this is not the case. Outside of the restaurant and lounge staff it would seem this hotel lacks the fundamental things that would make one want to stay again.
