This really is a very nice hotel. It is exceptionally clean and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. I wasn't real impressed with my breakfast but that was because of the waiter. He took my order and it came out wrong but he had disappeared. Some nice waitress went ahead took care of me. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. Oh, and I never heard one neighbor, these rooms are very sound proof(and I was on the first floor)Thank you so much for speaking so highly of our hotel and our staff. Here at the Ramada we strongly put quality and service first and believe in wowing our guest in everything we do. I notice that in most areas you were well please with, with the exception of the service of a waiter in the restaurant and for that I apologize. Positive image means everything to us and we never want to be portrayed by our customer/guest as a bad place to stay or a place of poor service.Thank you for leaving us with such positive review. « hide

Thanking you for bringing to our attention the issues with the bed and the thin walls for this has never really been brought to our attention before, and as a result, this will be something we will be looking into immediately. In future reference, please bring issues and concerns like this to management, so that we can address the issue before you leave the premises and so that we can make your stay a more enjoyable one.
