Thank you for taking the time to give us your imput on our facility. Most of our guests find our location to be quite convienent, since we are right off of the interstate for easy access for travel. Sorry to hear that our room attendants speed on cleaning the room was not as quick as you would have liked. However, our room attendants take pride in their work and like to do a thorough job in cleaning the rooms for our guests. We are pleased that the room was quiet and you were able to get a good nights rest. I'm assuming the poor lighting that you are referring to is in the room. We are very sorry about the smoke smell.All our rooms are non-smoking but at times we have guests that do not care about the next guest or the fact that it is the state law not to smoke in anyhotels in the state of North Dakota. Thank you for your kind words. Under the ND State Law that was passed in Nov,2012 No one is allowed to Smoke with in 20 feet of any public enterance, public buildings,or in hotel rooms.Our Ash Trays are located away from the doors. I do agree, it looks like Smokers toss their cigarette butts as they please. I think this is disrespectfulto every one that has to look at them.Our Staff does try and clean them up. We are awaiting spring to get the ones that are iced down. Thank you again, we enjoy hearing from our guests, it helps us improve as a Team.I will look into some alternative ideas for smokers that fall with in the guide lines of the statelaw.
