“Needs work”

The first night we walked into the room and temperature was around 45 degrees. The heat had been shut off. I turned the heat on full blast to get it warmed up, and then we went to the pool. When we got back it was slightly warmer. We woke up at around 4 am to a freezing room, and the heater not working. We called front desk and were offered to change rooms or a space heater. We chose to change rooms. Our new room was much warmer, but we were told that we would have a queen bed, and ended up with 2 twin beds. We were happy to be warmer, and just went with it. On Sunday we were getting ready for the day, and the house keeper knocked on the door 3 times to see if we were leaving yet. We finally just checked out and left feeling that we were rushed to leave. When I checked out we were billed at a higher rate for the room that we were moved to. When I explained that were moved to that room due to the heater not working in our first room. The lady gave us the rate for our old room. We were never offered a discount or free night for the night in the room with no heater, or an apology for the bill not being right. The breakfast was great and the food service staff were great. Friendly and smiling
