“Spring Break getaway”

Best part of this hotel: the restaurant--great food, EXCELLENT service! We were waited on by the same waitress three of the four times we dined there, and she was FANTASTIC!!! While the fitness room was small and only had a few work-out items, the machines we used (my husband and I both used treadmills) were AMAZING!!! I want one in my own home--LOVED it!!!Also, of course, the main reason we went was the Coco Key water park, which was fun. It had to be closed down early on our 2nd day, due to a blizzard (so the lifeguards, etc., could get home), but we still got plenty of enjoyment out of it while we were there.Worst part: service was lacking a bit, but it wasn't a bad experience... we just felt the rooms were a little on the bare side (very little amenities, there wasn't even a guide or map that specified things like the fact that there were towels at the pool, how to get around the large complex, what the hours of the restaurant, etc., were...) Our heating/cooling unit ONLY blew cool air, and we went over a weekend when there was a blizzard. There was a space heater in our room, but we didn't know until halfway through our stay what it was--it was just this big unit plopped right by the closet of our room... No note or instructions as to how to use it or why it was there. The people we called at the front desk always seemed busy/distracted. We were unable to access the free wi-fi, though we tried numerous times over our three days there.
