- This experience might have been the worst service that I have received and I do a lot of traveling for professional and family reason. The front desk had no regard of what customer device is and the whole staff act as you are enjoying them when you ask a question and they even criticize and speak about you on they home language right in front of you without the knowledge that some people speak other languages unfortunately for them. I will not go to another Ramada or refer any friend or family for this matter . I believe this was a great mistake of mine. I was just not gonna contact anybody about it , I am not expecting anything, and I hope that someone address the customer services issues because it has to be taking care of.
