“Lacking in Customer Service”

As a hotel manager myself, I know the value of a pleasant greeting and great customer service. This hotel did not have this. Barely a hello from the front desk agent, we requested a third room (so close to $500 for our 3 rooms), and the front desk agent seemed very annoyed, never said a word, just grunted through the process of making changes on the computer.I questioned the rate as I was aware that we had extra adult charges on our first room, but since we had purchased a 2nd room, there were no longer extra adults in either room, the front desk agent rudely told me I was wrong. (Funnily enough, later on as I walked past the desk, she told me I was right and had reduced our rate).Clean Rooms. Poor Service. Definitely won't be staying here again.
