My first concern was that there were no luggage racks which made it difficult to get our luggage to the room. The room was clean but unfortunately very small. The bathroom didn't have ventilation so that when we took showers it remained steamy for a long time. The bathroom had cracks in the walls which was unpleasant to look at. It had no heat lamps as well. And the bathtub was old and dingy. Another complaint I have is when I called the front desk for 2 blankets someone was sent right away, he had 2 blankets in his hand but only wanted to give us one. He suggested we turn up the heat. We told him we prefer the blankets, and he continued to argue that we should turn up the heat. We said you have two blankets in your hand what's the problem, he said it was for someone else. Eventually he did leave the other blanket with us but I feel we shouldn't have to go to such lengths for a blanket. Sadly the blankets that he delivered to us had cigarette burns on them. The rest of the staff I found very friendly and helpful.
