“I got worst room in my group”

- out of 6 of us who traveled together, I got the postage stamp room with the view of the roof top and the cement bed. I had reserved online a week prior, and the others had called the day before for their reservation. we heard all about Muhhamed at the front desk and how wonderful he would be to us. he i the one who gave me the room and did not smile, was not friendly. He must have had a bad day. All of the others in my grioup marvelled at how different my room was and how much bigger and nicer theirs were. The bed was a rock and the floor was still dirty with lint from the prior guests. oh well it was only for a night and I was in manhattan and ..... but they were so much more comfortable.... I would go back only due to location, but surely will not see Muhhamed and will request a better room style..... also some outlets did not work when I tried to re charge my electronics...the attached diner was great and check in/out was uneventful and quick. overall a 3-4 experience
