“Disappointing”

I stayed at the Ramada in conjunction with a coaches clinic on 8-9 Feb 13. There was no parking by the time I arrived at 10:30AM (the clinic had started at 9AM). After driving around the parking lot to confirm this, I inquired at the front desk what to do. The sole response that I got was a blank stare and an answer, "I don't know". I then drove across the street and parked at the Days Inn and proceeded to the conference in the Crowne Plaza Hotel. I voiced my concern to their front desk that my car would be towed from the parking lot of a hotel that I wasn't staying in. They called the Days Inn and confirmed that the Days Inn would allow me to park there. After completing the first session at the coaches clinic, I tried to check in at the Ramada. The front desk was overwhelmed and floundered trying to process all their customers. After I checked in, I asked for a roll away bed for my room. It had not arrived by 11PM so I had to ask the front desk once again. It finally arrived in my room by 11:30PM.
