“Not to my expectations”

I attended there on Saturday, September 7th for a wedding. I requested that both of my room one being a king size bed and the other two double beds be on the same floor and they said no problem. Well I get there, my kids were put on the second floor and we were on the third, wasnt happy about that. Toilet bowl was broken, phone wasnt working. Then we are suppose to tell a shuttle to the wedding which was leaving at 6 to find out there is only one shuttle where I have been to other hotels and they had multiple one, well we got down stairs at 6:01 and the shuttle left without even checking in with the front desk to make sure everyone was on board. He never even stepped foot into the hotel. The guy at the hotel said taxis are available, really??? He then asked one of the workers there to take us to the hall, he looked at the place and refused because he didnt know where it was even though the directions were there so we waited 20 minutes for some other guy to drive which he was very nice. Overall I was not at all pleased there, the rugs in the hallway was disgusting, all stained, shouldnt be to difficult to get a shampoo machine to make it look presentable.
