“A good choice to stay here...just needs a bit of 'updating'”

I stayed at the Ramada the night before my flight out of Buffalo to Boston. This is the second time I have stayed here and will certainly be back again in the future. I have found the staff to be 'exceptionally' courteous, helpful and pleasant whether on the phone or in person. Both stays had the shuttle ready when they said it would be for both drop off and pick up from the airport. This trip was in winter and it was nice to see the Van waiting for me as soon as I exited the airport dragging my two big bags and carry on. The driver even asked if I would like him to drop me right at my car so I could put my baggage right into it. I was going to ask him to do that but he beat me to it!! That is customer service at its finest!I highly recommend this place. If I have any comment that is not 'as' positive it would be that the bathrooms could use a little updating or modernizing. Otherwise, the beds, the room and the staff were wonderful! I"ll be back!
