We had these complaints:*There was a bright parking lot light just outside the room that shown inside all night. The dark curtains did not close all the way (the way it was designed) hampering sleep.*The outside door to the room did not open with the key given. The inside door did.*The breakfast was mediocre at best. Try adding some fresh fruit and more variety.*It was loud (dogs barking) often.*Equipment in the fitness room was broken and did not work, including the eliptical, stationary bike, and treadmill.*The friendlieness of staff was the saving grace for this hotel. For a hotel that costs $80 per night, I've been at $30-50/night Motel 6 or Super 8 hotels that are much better.
