“Almost nice”

  , Oakland
After a 13 Hour Drive we were very excited to get some rest. We pulled into the Ramada and noticed that the common areas and exterior were very nice. We were surprised on check in to hear that there was a problem with the hot water and we might possibly not have hot water for showers. We would've liked to of known this when we booked the room Earlier that day .The room looked nice, but the bed was obviously very old. It had a Deep trench down the middle of it That made sleep very uncomfortable. A couple of hairs in the bathroom which is not a surprise however very disgusting. And for some inexplicable reason we couldn't turn off the close captioning on the television. The breakfast was normal bad fair, but we got asked what our room was when we were the only people eating breakfast there, as if we were just coming in to steal it.Overall I don't think I would stay there again or recommend anyone else do the same
