“Five rooms at the Ramada for stay - December 30, 2012 to January 3, 2013 for family wedding.g”

  , Englewood
We had stayed at this facility several times when we had a pet. Wasn't fancy, but we were satisfied. We had recommended it this time for our four night stay, because of the value & the relative quietness. This time, we were not assigned a block of 5 rooms with our family like we thought we'd get. One was five rooms down the hall; one was on another corridor, and two were upstairs. Linens grey & dingy. Bathtub had grey ring around it. Toilet ran all the time. Halls were dirty - needed vacuuming. Entryway dirty. Outside trash cans overflowing. Family member's room had lamp that couldn't be plugged in/another family member had a castor off one desk chair/another family had their room burglarized. The Ramada Inn name has done no favors for this facility. The basic old Howard Johnson floor plan is good - good insulation and quiet toilets, but this time, things were not good. We will look for another place to stay when we return to see our family in Albuquerque We included only a couple of the problems with our five room family experience, because we consider our family as "a unit."
