“Roach Motel”

Stayed there for my best friend's wedding. We reserved a handicap non smoking room. The first thing you smell when you walk in the lobby is cigarette smoke. We got into our room and it smelled like smoke. The lighting in the rooms are very dim. The wifi doesn't stay connected and the towels are very rough. They play music in the hallways that are so loud you can hear it in your room. You hear doors slamming throughout the night. But the straw that broke the camel's back was the fact that after the wedding we came back to our room, we found a ROACH crawling on the dresser. We called the front desk and told them what happened and we wanted another room. They wanted to put us in a non-handicap room on the same floor. At 12AM we packed up and decided to check out. The woman at the front desk didn't acknowledge me when I came up to the desk, instead she just put a clipboard on the desk and said "this is for your transfer." I told her we were leaving. She never apologized for the roach and told me a manager was going to give me a call the next day. I spoke with the manager the next day and she didn't charge us for the night.
