- I have been a guest sense November 17th 2012 to the present. The staff is friendly and accomodating, my room is comfortable....my needs are met. If I had a request it would be that the carpet be cleaned....well maybe two requests....that the filter be cleaned on the airconditioner.....I clean it myself but it would be a good practice to begin. These are very minor and I want to be clear I have not mentioned either of these things to the staff. Had I I have no doubt they would have been addressed. This is a disiaster area hard hit by Super Storm Sandy, you would never know it by the service and appearance of this hotel.....IT HAS BEEN A PLEASURE.
