“Disappointed”

After a long foggy bad weather drive I arrived at the Ramada about 10:00pm. As I was walking down the hallway the power went out briefly. As I entered my room the microwave was beeping as it restored power. It was 19 degrees in my room (below room temperature) and it was cold. I arranged for a wake up call as I had business dealings first thing in the morning and it seemed like a safe bet if there was any further power interruptions. I never received my 6:30am wake up call and when I woke up at 7:45am and called downstairs they apologized. If the Ramada offers wake up service they need to be reliable, do you think they'd pay for the hours lost in Operations? For the next evening I hired a wake up service. No, I don't think they would pay for the service that I needed and they failed to deliver. The TV is so out of date, I didn't use the pool, I skipped the continental breakfast as I had it before and it's nothing special. Front desk staff were smoking outside when I was ready to check out, so I put my bags in the truck and returned to the desk to drop off my cards to a staff member that smelled of cigarettes and wanted to know if I enjoyed my stay??? Oh yes great job Ramada!
