“Well located in Jersey city for visitors to New York”

  , London
This hotel is around 5 minutes walk from the PATH trains to New York, taking around 20 minutes. The hotel itself has friendly staff and the room that we had was of a good size. During my stay I needed to receive a fax and the hotel staff helped me out.The condition of the hotel was slightly disappointing as it is clean but would benefit from a bit of modernisation and maintenance. The décor looks a bit tired and the air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy. Breakfast was very busy and the breakfast room is too small for the size of hotel with some people having to eat elsewhere once they took their items, Breakfast selection and quality was OK though. While this hotel isn't as expensive compared to New York it certainly isn't cheap and the local area doesn't feel so safe later in the evening as there were a large number of people outside the station who appeared to be homeless/drinking. The actual roads around the hotel are OK though. This certainly isn't a bad establishment and I wouldn't say don't stay here but make sure your expectations don't exceed what you get!
