“WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER DONE BUSINESS WITH”

I was here for a wedding recently and the hotel stuck the bride and groom with a huge bill for the liquor at the end of the night. The bar only had one beer on tap, and not one bartender, waitress, or manager said anything about a cash bar for liquor; even after having a 10 min. conversation with the bride and groom half way through the night about the complaints with the beer. I stayed in a room that night with an air conditioner that sounded like a constant car wreak was occurring. All the décor in the rooms is outdated and nothing was clean, or even smelled clean. After voicing our complaints to the owner of the building we were told it was not appreciated that we woke management up at 12:30 in the morning . I will never stay in a Ramada again as long as I live. I would rather sleep in my vehicle all night. The front desk staff were as helpful as they could being that the situation was out of their hands. My bigger issue was sales and management and the lack of customer service on their end.
