“random weekend in cold weather”

- Upon arrival to the hotel, I checked the bathroom and beds just to make sure they were free of any bugs, hair, or other things not wanted. Everything was fine, except that the room smelled like stale smoke, and there were burn marks on one of the top sheets on one of the beds (I stayed in a double room). The wallpaper was either not finished at the top or it was peeling, I could never figure out which it was. The heater was very loud, and you could either have it on or off, there was no in between. It worked well, and made the room hot, but when you shut it off, it got cold pretty quick. I didn't sleep very well, but that was mostly just me, not the bed. I don't sleep well in beds not my own. The tv only received about 29 channels... oh! and I didn't know this but you had to request a room with a refrigerator and microwave, not every room comes with that. But I was very glad that my room did not have any bugs.
