“At least Ramada WorldWide Customer Service was Helpful...”

When travelling to Atlantic City, NJ I am sure you can appreciate how many places there are to choose from to stay. I choose Ramada for their reputation and for being part of the Wyndam Rewards program. BAD choice this time! I have neither the time or the energy to detail the half dozen events that went wrong at this hotel during my over-night stay. Suffice it to say I will NEVER stay here again NOR do I recommend that you do! The 2 major events were not immediately being credited for having to sleep in a room with a broken heater (it pumped out AC when the outside temp was below freezing all night!). The other major offense was being charged $600 to my credit card for a TV they accused my roommate and I of NOT stealing from the first room they put us in that had not been cleaned yet!!! As I said, at least the Ramada WorldWide Customer Service was Helpful! Although, it has been 5 days since I called and I am still waiting for a call from the hotel to say they have credited the $600 and given me a discount on my room and, oh yeah, WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE!!! Stay at your own risk...
