Desk agents were abrupt, sort of discourteous, and not consistently dressed as usual for Ramada.the smell of smoke permeates up from the casino all the way to teh 11th floor and is noticable even in a non-smoking room. The window does not open enough to alleviate the smell.there was a dog that defacated 3 large turds in front of an elevator, the owner did not clean them up and nobody else would including the desk agent after being notified. I went to the desk and had to get some cleenex to do it mayself and even then the desk clerk (done about 8:30pm) would not do anything to thelp. I could not even get him to call a person to mop the floor. then I could not get the bag in the trash can replaced so dog crap smell was prevelent for some time. In the morning the floor had still not been cleaned as there was some drive dog crap streaks still on the floor and no bag in the trash receptical with people poutting stuff into the trash receptical at will with not bag in it. I went to the front desk only to be told "we will look into it". Overall it seemed as though nobody really cared about the condition of the place or just had a "get over it" attitude.I doubt I would stay at this Ramada again. for $129/night it was pretty bad.Also, there was no ice bucket or napkins with the coffee and no tea of any kind in the room.
