“Could have been worse.”

Overall it was an acceptable stay. There were problems, most were resolved. Walking into the lobby was horrible --smelled like cigarette smoke. Not a good first impression. I waited in line for 45 minutes to check in. There were 2 employees checking in people and another 2 doing who knows what. I arrived at 7pm on Thursday. The couch was not made with fresh sheets after previous guests--took 4 hours to get them changed. Breakfast buffet was not refreshed first thing in the morning. After 45 minutes they brought out new food, but we had leftovers from the day before. I found moldy fruit. Security was responsive when someone entered a room and removed a bag. Guest got bag back and security tried to find the thief. Pool is NOT open. Disappointed about that!
