“The heat lamp in the bathroom was broken out and wires were...”

The heat lamp in the bathroom was broken out and wires were hanging from the outlet. When we went to front desk to ask for a couple extra bath towel, as there were 5 of us in the room, they said they had no clean towels!! Unfortunately we had to share bath towels. At breakfast the line for the eggs/omelets was long and only was person was cooking. The donuts and pastries were about gone and too long of a line at the waffle maker. If we would have waited in the lines for breakfast we would not have made our appointments in time. No extra blankets in closet for sofa bed. So needless to say we ended up leaving and going through a McDonalds drive-thru. Once again I was disappointed with Ramada. This was even a discounted stay (which still seemed too expensive unless your rates have dramatically increased in the last year.) to make up for our stay there during last years tournament.
