“Many Issues”

This hotel had many issues from lack of maintenance to unclean rooms. Our first room had water dripping out of an access panel in the bathroom ceiling. The maintenance man came in removed the panel and there was a full bucket of water. They had placed the bucket there to catch condensation from an air conditioner. The bucket was overflowing and the water was dripping into the bathroom. They moved us to a different room which was not very clean. Within a half hour we went back by this room and had already put someone else in it, so I am guessing that they just dumped the bucket and put it back up there. The shower was horrible. You had low water pressure from the shower head because so much was still coming out the water spout. Items in the room were outdated. Still had the large TV's. The staff tried to be as helpful as they could and accommodate us, but they just seemed very under staffed. For the trouble with the hotel room they gave us free breakfast coupons. The breakfast values at $7.99 was basically a continental breakfast. The restaurant was very understaffed and tables just sat full of dirty plates. The elevators were very slow moving and did not seem to be working right. We were on the fourth floor. I could take the stairs and beat the elevator.
