“Good value for the price”

Compared to the other Downtown Convention Center hotels; you couldn't beat the deal at the Ramada. It was clean, quaint, quiet. The elevators are small and slow. Be prepared!! Our only issue came when we returned to the hotel to check out, only to find that we had already been checked out! Our room card keys were already stopped at least 30 minutes prior to check out time. When I went back down to the front desk clerk to find out why, she went on the computer, handed me back my room card and said the issue was fixed. Unfortunately, it was not. Luckily, a housekeeper was on our floor and she was able to let us back in the room to retrieve our things.
