“Updates would be nice”; Feb 21, 2013 Adam D, Indianola; Our second stay at this Ramada. Both times i thought the same thing: how about reinvesting in the property? The door would not lose tightly, even when lock i could see light through the door, there were unknown stains on both couch cushions of the couch and i had to wiggle the room key-card just to get in the room each time. Less money into the water slide more money into the rooms. Then there is he issue of slow staff at the front desk, i guess it is more important to chat about who is going to relieve you...

I do apologize for the issues with your door and hope our staff was able to assist you with this during your visit. We've had some super busy weekends lately and I'm sure it makes the wait in our lobby very inconvenient; our goal is to provide quick and efficient customer service at the desk at all times. However, a guest shouldn't have to worry about our staff schedule or be exposed to our conversations regarding any issues. We sincerely appreciate your repeat business and appreciate your comments.
