“Old Hotel”; Feb 23, 2013 Suzanne B, Indianola; The rooms are old. The bathroom is falling apart with stains in the tub and on the floor. The rooms need updating. The breakfast eggs tasted TERRIBLE-watery and weird taste. The pool had feces in it. GROSS!

Dear Guest, thank you for taking a moment to post a review. We have issues with little ones and water park toilet related mishaps every now and then, and we immediately shut down the pool to clean and treat the water when this happens. Believe it or not, we often have guests mad because the pool gets shut down in order for us to do this! We are currently updating guests rooms (a few each week). I sincerely wish you had been able to stay in one of these rooms during your recent visit. I will share your comments regarding eggs with the breakfast staff. « hide
