“Reservation Issues”

As far as the stay at Ramada it was good. But when I made the reservation I explained that I wanted a 2 night stay and I booked 5 rooms for family that were coming to watch my son play hockey for MSU. On Thursday my husband and I decided to come a day early so I called to see a room was available and it was. The problem that I experienced is when I called on this past Thursday morning I was told that I only had reservations for the 5 rooms was only for Friday night and leaving on Saturday. If I had not called to get a room early 5 couples would have been in Springfield without a room to sleep in on Saturday night. My husband and myself come to Ramada approxately 8 times a year and we have also brought a lot of family with us. This is not the first time that I have experienced an issue with our reservations. With that being said we love the Ramada, but I feel when reservations are taken the employees taking them need to be more careful to make sure the customer is getting what they reserved.
