“Hoped for a better standard...”

Location - Ramada sign visible, but difficult to find entrance driveway-took several trys.Front Desk - Very pretty, contemporary update to front desk and lobby flooring, unlike the room. Room 417- A disappointment - room smelled of damp, mildew and mold, decor dated, very old carpet, that smelled and looked dirty, bathroom toilet seat slides, bathroom floor and tub grout old and dirty. Housekeeping - Failed to replace coffee and toilet paper for the second day stay.Breakfast - Same breakfast both days - overcooked, dried out eggs that crumbled, potatoes that tasted freezer-burned, satisfactory bacon, undercooked sausage,dry biscuts and tastless gravy. Got up at 6 am both days - for a disappointment.Meeting Room - Sahara B - HVAC issue - freezing cold 10 min; then sweltering heat 10 min., back and forth for two hours, everyone complained, but no relief.Fire & Ice Bar - Asked for tomato juice, no vodka, with olives, to go. When I got to my room, I realized it was Bloody Mary Spicey Mix, heavy like sludge from the bottom of the bottle. Had to throw it out. The olives were good.People - The staff were friendly and the best part of the stay; but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.
