“WORST HOTEL EVER!”

When I arrived at 4:30 my mother and I each had a room we checked into. When we went to our rooms we discovered that my mothers bathtub was backed up with sewer. My bathtub was also dirty and so was the bathrrom floor. We called down to the front desk and told them. They said they would send someone right up. After waiting about 15 minutes we were ready to go get dinner so we went and told the front desk we were leaving, but they could still go in and get the bathtub cleaned up. After we came back from dinner the bathtub was still not cleaned so we called down to the desk and went down there numerous times getting the answer we are busy. I also have pictures of the sewer back up from the bathtub and showed them to the front desk and the remark I got was what do you want me to do go clean it? I answered yes and he said he couldn't do that it is not his job. We'll it is not mine either. Finally at 9:00 PM a cleaning lady came and cleaned it up the best she could. After finally attempting to shower we then realize the bathtub does not drain and just causes more backup. My bathroom had NO hot water at all. No one was able to shower during our stay here which is unacceptable when you are paying over a 100 dollars a night. The cleaning lady was the only one with customer service and told us this side of the hotel we were on gets shut down and is only used for overflow so causes numerous problems when opened. If this is known why open it? The man at the front desk had the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Honestly after this night of hell I don't know if I will ever stay in another Ramada. I was meeting family I hadn't seen in two years and we could not even enjoy ourselves because of all of these problems, it was such a disappointment. The website makes you think it is nice and is opposite of what it is! I think my dog had a better stay at the kennel he was boarded at then I did at this hotel. Luckily we checked out the next morning and went to comfort suites and had an amazing CLEAN stay for the same price!
