“What a mess”

When we arrived after 4:00pm one out of 3 rooms was ready. When we returned from the Sprint center around 1:00am our room had a giant desk thrown over on the floor and it smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. They weren't sure who paid or not out of our group so I ended up paying for two rooms so that we could go to bed. We were again stopped in the morning to clarify payment. The person who was at the desk around 4:00 on Saturday was there at 1:00am on Sunday and 10:00 am on Sunday. The management was not helpful to her and she struggled to meet guests needs. Our room was ok. The coffee machine did not have the plastic tray to put the coffee in so I couldn't have coffee in the morning. I'm not a complainer but if I were the young women at the front desk would not have been able to help as she was receiving so many complaint calls from guests she was overwhelmed. I've never stayed in such an unprofessional hotel.
